Road Warrior - Action Figure Joint Articulation WIP

This is a WIP on a project where I am working on turning my Road Warrior sculpt into an action figure! I am using the incredible presentation from Hasbro at the 2019 Zbrush Summit, and a dissected action figure as a reference. I'm still planning to do more and hopefully have the whole piece with articulated joints!

Let's turn her into an action figure!

The Shoulder is a ball with a single disc joint. The Single Disc also has a swivel joint so that her arm has more range of motion

The forearm is set up similarly with a single disc joint. Both of these joints would have insert molded pins as shown in the forearm.

For her knee I decided it would be fun to create a double pin join Here is the piece of her leg prior to using the boolean operation

Here is the breakdown of how the double pin knee works and the final result on the right. The cylinders are cut of the leg to get the middle piece and the middle piece is used to generate the double pin disc. Then this double pin disc is subtracted out.
